Margarita Cocktail
- 1 ½ oz Tequila
- ½ oz Grand Marnier
- ½ oz Cointreau
- 1 oz lemon or lime juice
- Rub rim with rind of lemon or lime
- Dip rim in salt
- Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the glass
Martini
- Start with 80 proof Gin, Vodka, or Tequila
- Chill glases to the point of frost
- Fill Martini pitcher with cracked ice
- ¾ oz dry vermouth or tequila mix
- Add enough mix to flavor, if tequila
- Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the glass
- Add olives or onions small round
Vodka or Gin and Tonic
- 2 oz of Gin
- Pour over ice in cocktail glass
- Serve while cold
Bloody Mary
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 3 oz tomato juice
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 or 3 drops Tabasco Sauce
- Pepper and Salt
- Shake with ice and strain into old-fashioned glass
- Over ice cubes add celery and olives
