Fossil Creek's Pumpkin Pie Martini
(Serves 2)

Fossil Creek Liquor knows all about our love of pumpkin pie. For some of us pumpkin pie is the entire reason for Thanksgiving. In honor of those who wait for Thanksgiving all year long waiting for the excuse to eat this delicious desert we now have the adult liquid version. The flavor of this cocktail is just as mouthwatering as fresh pumpkin pie. Mix the flavors of vanilla, white chocolate, pumpkin, nutmeg and a graham cracker rim and you have nothing short of perfection.







 

Ingredients:
2 ounces of Absolut Vanilla Vodka
2 oz. white crème de cacao
1 cup of ice (for mixing)
¼ cup of heavy cream
1.5 tablespoons of pumpkin puree (pie mix)
1 dash of ground nutmeg (for garnish)
Powdered graham cracker (for rimming)
Whipped Cream (for rimming)

Instructions:

Rim 2 martini glasses with crushed graham cracker and use whipped cream to stick the graham cracker to the glass. Fill a shaker with ice and add absolut vodka, crème de cacao, cream and pumpkin puree. Shake well until it's chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Sprinkle the ground nutmeg on top for garnish

FossilCreek's Maple Madness
(Serves 1)

This Thanksgiving cocktail combines the classic autumn flavors of maple syrup and apple cider to give you that warm and cozy feeling while sharing the Thanksgiving holiday with your loved ones.

Ingredients:
Cinnamon (for rimming)
Sugar (for rimming)
2 ounces of Vermont Gold Vodka
5 oz maple syrup
1.5 oz non-alcoholic apple cider

Instructions:

Combine equal parts of sugar and cinnamon on a shallow plate and use to coat the rim of a cocktail glass. Add the vodka and maple syrup to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir and strain into the prepared glass. Top with the cider.

FossilCreek's Coffee a la Butterscotch
(Serves 1)

After your Thanksgiving feast you may want to relax over a cup of coffee while you catch up with your family. Try this butterscotch flavored coffee cocktail for a twist.

Ingredients:
1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
1 ounce Bailey's Irish cream
Hot Coffee
Whipped cream (for topping)
A dash of Nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions:

Pour the Butterscotch schnapps and Bailey's Irish Cream into a coffee cup. Fill the cup the rest of the way with hot coffee. Garnish with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
